Mark is a descendant from the Wiradjuri People – Central NSW, and a proud member of the Warrabinga Native Title Claimants Aboriginal Corporation. The Wiradjuri People, the largest Aboriginal group in New South Wales, historically inhabited an extensive region in central New South Wales, encompassing approximately 127,000 square kilometres. Their territory stretched across the plains both north and south of the Blue Mountains. This region, commonly known as “the land of the three rivers,” included the Wambuul (Macquarie), Kalare (later known as the Lachlan), and Murrumbidgee (or Murrumbidjeri) rivers. Recognising the significant impact on our learning environment and being directly connected to Dianna Mudgee, an inspirational figure symbolising resilience and cultural heritage, Mark draws inspiration from her journey and aims to integrate her legacy into our educational efforts.

Tom not only brings a legacy of hands-on experience but also a strategic mindset honed over 20 years through his journey from an apprentice to General Manager.
Exhibiting a robust portfolio in mining construction with a focus on materials handling, processing, and balanced stockyard machines, the expertise extends to designing & constructing mine site accommodation villages, and various utility facilities.
Adept at strategy formulation, fostering positive workplace culture, and resource management, there’s a knack for boosting operational capacity and daily oversight.
Adam is a Senior Leader with diverse operational and functional experience spanning multiple disciplines and commodities.
