• Integrated Project Schedule (IPS) incorporating WBS items for Approvals, Engineering, Procurement and Contracts, Construction, Commissioning and Operational Readiness
• Prepare 4D Schedule to simulate the construction sequence by linking the IPS with the 3D BIM model
• Create template dashboard reports
