Scope
Project engineering, supervision and trades to support the expansion of the process end of the Honeymoon Mine.

On site fabrication of approximately 600 HDPE pipe spools (over 3,600 welds), ranging from OD32 through to OD800 using butt welding, electrofusion and extrusion welding processes. Dixon, World Poly and McElroy TracStar (with data logger) welding machines. Full QA traceability provided.

Installation of pipe spools and valves, following flange management practices. Hydrotest spools and installed systems to specification, with full QA including data reports through use of crystal gauges.

Brownfield tie-in works under shutdown conditions.
